Sweet Potatoes with Cream and White Sugar

Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes – desired amount

Milnot or Cream

Sugar

Directions

Peel and slice desired amount of sweet potatoes. Cover with water, and dash of salt. Cook till almost tender.

Drain. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with white sugar and Milnot (Real cream is much better.)

Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Watch closely so cream doesn’t boil over or gets dry.
